Week 12	My reward is my dad not getting too sick from chemo and the satisfaction that I succeeded on making it through a week without emotional bindging.

Week 11	I will allow myself 2 marshmellow eggs for desert on Suday.

Week 10	If I can get through this week with honest effort, I will spend extra money on scrapbooking supplies that I save not cheating.

Week 9	I will look in the mirror befor bed and tell my self "I AM AWESOME"

Week 8	PLease......

Week 7	No reward this week...I can't think straight.

Week 6	I will be a couch potatoe by 8pm

Week 5	I won't work in my office on Sunday. I will go to a salon and get my hair done. I will be a couch potatoe Sunday when I get home.
